Definition of Selection Process: This is a process used by the Junior Competition Committee to select players for the national team competitions (BG 12s, 14s and 16s Zone Team, BG 16s Intersectional and BG 18s National Championship Team). Selection of these teams is at the discretion of the Junior Competition Committee and will be determined by what is felt to be in the best interest of the Section. The selection of our teams will be based on the top 100 players for the age division in question, based on the most published National top 100 list immediately after the Level 3 Sectional Championship, followed by the Sectional ranking standings published immediately after the Level 3 Sectional Championships of the age division in question. No more than half of any team should be taken from the National lists of the age division in question.
Once the players have been selected based on the criteria listed above, they will be water falled onto their actual team based on order of ranking. Ex: If MS has three teams with twelve players, it will look like this:
| Team A |
Team B
